Repairs to 4in1 buckets and loaders

Repairs to poorly built buckets and loaders.

Diesel Traders have the capability to repair, modify and improve buckets or loaders, that have not stood the test of time.

Picture shown is of an overseas built 4in1 bucket, that failed shortly after it was installed. The failure was due to use of poor grade of material in the bucket pivot, combined with inadequate wall thickness at the pins. The repair was effected by oxy cutting and removing the broken parts, then using Bisalloy 80 material, fabricating new pivots, re-welding and reassembling the bucket.

Repair cost was around $1000. Obviously, there is more to a bucket than a cheap price !
